GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
•
We charge for time out - not time used, prompt return of
hired goods will keep charges to a minimum.
• Daily rates are based upon maximum 8 hours use
in any 24 hour hire period, whilst half day rates are
based on a 4 hour hire period.
• At the time of
hire we will require formal identification of the person
hiring, by way of current NSW drivers licence or
passport.
• A deposit must be left at the time
of hire in the form of cash or a credit/access card
amount.
• All prices quoted include both stamp
duty and GST.
• The hirer takes full liability
for any loss/theft and/or damage to the hired goods.
• Insurance covering accidental damage (only)
can be taken at the time of hire at the rate of 8%
of the hire charges.
• A cleaning fee will apply
to goods returned, which in our opinion are excessively
dirty.
• The hirer is responsible for the daily
maintenance of equipment whilst on hire, particularly
engine oil levels.
• Our drivers do not take
instructions.
• With regard to Eftpos refunds,
the Banks can take up to 3 working days to process.
• It is the hirer's responsibility to operate
all goods and equipment in a safe manner and, if unsure,
to seek advice from us.
